Manufactured to conform to PS 15-69 & ASTM D5421.

Nexus and C-Veil + 2 mat to build up 100 mil resin rich Corrosion Liner.

Hand laid, integral type construction, woven roving used continuously from flange face to hub from 3 inch and larger.

Uniform external surface and stub outside diameter stub end surface prepared for immediate bonding.

Bolt holes of drilled flanges are spot-faced and coated with resin.

Standard stock items available in DOW DERAKANE "MOMENTUM", 411-350 and 470, Hetron 922, Swancor 901. Hetron 992 FR, Derakane 441, and Derakane 411 BPO-DMA cure. Special resin systems are also available.
We can fabricate up to 96 inches nominal size for ANSI flanges. Fabrication to other standards also possible.

Standard stock items available in DOW DERAKANE "MOMENTUM" 411-350, 441, 470, also; Hetron 922 and 992FR, as well as limited availability in Swancor 901. Supply using other resin systems is possible.
Standard Products available for 90-degree elbows are 1 inch up to 24 inches nominal diameter. All elbows are 150 PSI rated and have a stub or plain end. Fabrication of larger sizes and various sweep angle, miter elbows, various ends (plain, bell, socket, flange) also available upon request.
